Appearance： Sparkling dark amber colour with golden shimmer. Nose： Sharp sweetness layered with notes of berries, honey, vanilla, cherries, dates and red apple peels, highlighted by a hint of wood. Body： Round and medium, capturing the mellow mouthfeel. Palate： Smooth and round. Has notes of dates and raisins but not too sweet. A hint of ginger pops, with a lovely finishing of dark chocolate.
